StudioFabrica measures a total of 520 square meters. It features double entrance doors at the front and back, each 2.3m wide x 2.5m high. The building includes a fully equipped open kitchen with a self-service coffee machine and sanitation facilities comprising 3 toilets and 1 shower. The floor heating is powered by 3 air pumps.

Studio A spans 400m2, measuring 16 meters wide x 25 meters deep. It boasts ceilings that are 8 meters high with high windows ranging from 4 meters to 8 meters tall. The power supply consists of 2 x 32 amp sockets and 230V power wall outlets throughout the building.

Studio B is 40m2, with dimensions of 5 meters wide x 8 meters deep and a double entrance door. The ground floor windows are divided into six parts, in total 1.2m high and 4m wide. Like Studio A, it also features ceilings that are 8 meters high with high windows ranging from 4 meters to 8 meters tall and 230V power wall outlets throughout.

Studio C has the same specifications as Studio B but with a single entrance door.

Storage X is 40m2, 5 meters wide x 8 meters deep, and includes a double entrance door. It also features ceilings that are 8 meters high with high windows ranging from 4 meters to 8 meters tall.
